Giacomo de’ Liguori Carino has an extensive career working with EU institutions, the European Environment Agency (EEA), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) as Content Manager for the 2015 EoE Summit in Abu Dhabi, and the Italian public and private sector. He connects actors and stakeholders from different environments, facilitating partnerships and dialogue among people and organisations.
Throughout his professional career, and through personal experiences, he has created and maintained a strong and diverse portfolio of contacts, including both public and private companies interested in environmental issues, NGO’s, consortia, EU networks and foundations.
He brings to the EAGLES 2030 Team expertise in contract management, procurement, coordination of contractors, preparation of estimates of resource needs, monitoring of costs, timescales and resources used, control and approval of invoices and procurement procedures, event organisation and marketing.
